Hi, I’m Itztli or Izi and I use they/them pronouns. I grew up with a camera in my face or in my hands. Soon after high school I participated in art and erotic modeling for ten plus years. At some point I realized I was investing so much into the amount wardrobe, poses, makeup, hair, and even asked to choose the theme of the shoots. I was more than a subject of the photos, but without the credit. Modeling got me mentors, cameras, funding, and confidence to take my own photos. I appreciate each opportunity to collaborate with clients. I’ve now been professionally photographing people and nature for 15 years and still look forward to each roll of film being developed.
